Paris, 11 June 2025.

Claire Balva is joining Adan as Chief Executive Officer from 1 September 2025.

Long committed to the development of the crypto sector in France, Claire Balva is now one of its institutional representatives.
After co-founding Blockchain Partner, leading KPMG France's crypto activities and then supporting Deblock as Strategy Director, she is taking over as head of Adan, which she helped create in 2019.

KPMG France's crypto activities, and then supporting Deblock as Strategy Director, she is now taking the helm of Adan, which she helped to create in 2019. This appointment comes at a pivotal moment, when technological changes in the sector are compounded by geopolitical shifts. These transformations call for a rethinking of the challenges of competitiveness, security and sovereignty: implementation of the first MiCA approvals, the rise of European debates on stablecoins and payments, the structuring of uses, increased security requirements and the taxation of crypto-assets. In this context, Claire Balva intends to bring people together around a constructive vision in order to convey the association's messages at the French and European levels.
