Fiat Republic : We raised $7 million in a seed round from Kraken Ventures, Fabric Ventures, Arca and Inovo Ventures, as well as its existing investors. The company also obtained an EMI licence from De Nederlandsche Bank, allowing us to provide regulated financial services throughout the European Economic Area. This is in addition to their established EMI licence in the UK, where they have been operational for over a year.
